Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping option selected. These timeframes may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, peak periods, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier and we are unable to control transit times.


Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take time to update
  • Some couriers only update tracking once the parcel reaches a local depot or is out for delivery
  • A delay in tracking updates does not mean your order has not been dispatched

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking once it has been provided.


Courier Delays & Responsibility

Morra is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier network issues
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Seasonal backlogs
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If there is a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking information provided, as they will have the most up-to-date information.


Christmas & Seasonal Delivery

During peak periods such as Christmas, delivery networks may experience delays.

While we may provide estimated delivery windows based on courier guidance, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, including Christmas Day.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delays during peak periods may occur and are outside of our control.

Orders delayed due to courier congestion are not considered lost or failed deliveries.


Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier following a full investigation, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Parcels that are still in transit, even if delayed, are not eligible for refunds.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Morra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
