Some Australian and US orders may take a little longer to arrive. Our international dispatch partner is closed for a public holiday this week, so a few orders may leave a few days later than usual. International air freight is also running slower than normal because of wider disruption linked to the conflict in the Middle East. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking link is in your dispatch email and updates as your parcel moves.

Replies may be slower too. We're working through a high number of shipping questions, so it may take us a little longer than normal to get back to you. Please bear with us, and use your tracking link to stay up to date in the meantime.

We're a small team and we're doing our best. Thank you for your patience, and we're sorry for the wait.

Delivery and tracking

Where is my order?

Your tracking link is in your dispatch email, sent the moment your parcel leaves us. Orders to Australia and the US usually take 5 to 10 business days, however it can take longer if there are any current delays, which we'll always note at the top of this page.

My tracking number isn't working.

Your parcel travels internationally first, then gets handed to a local courier, such as Aramex, iMile or Australia Post in Australia, or USPS in the US. The tracking can show very little until that handover happens. Give it a few days after dispatch, then try your tracking number again. Once it's with the local courier, you'll be able to follow it right to your door.

My tracking hasn't updated in days.

That's completely normal on international shipping, and it worries people more than it should. Parcels often go quiet between leaving us and arriving in Australia or the US, sometimes for a week or more. Your parcel is still moving, and the tracking will pick up again once it reaches the local courier.

It says delivered, but I don't have it.

Couriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered a little early, so give it until the end of the next day. In the meantime, check around your property, with neighbours, your building's mailroom, and any nearby parcel lockers or pickup points. If it still hasn't turned up after that, email us with your order number and we'll take it up with the courier.

Your order

I didn't get a confirmation email.

First, check your spam and promotions folders. If it's not there, your order may be under a different email address, which often happens when you check out through Instagram, Facebook or PayPal. Send us a DM on Instagram with your full name and roughly when you ordered, and we'll find your order and update your email.

I need to change my address.

Email us as soon as you can with your order number and your full address, including any unit or apartment number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it straight away. If it already has, we'll pass the new address to the courier.

Why did my mask arrive in plain packaging?

We've grown a lot faster than we expected, which is a lovely problem to have, but it's meant making a choice. Rather than keep you waiting longer for your mask, it currently ships straight from our manufacturing partner in protective outer packaging, while our own branded Morra packaging is being finalised.

We know a plain box isn't the unboxing you pictured, and we'd rather be upfront about that than pretend otherwise. But the packaging is the only thing that's different. What's inside is exactly the same Morra DermaPro: red light at 660nm and near-infrared at 850nm, with 180 LEDs in the face mask and 132 in the neck piece, the same as you'll see on every page of our site.

Our branded packaging is coming, and we'll be so happy when it does. In the meantime, thank you for bearing with a small team that's growing as fast as it can.

Using your mask

How do I use my mask?
  1. Charge the controller fully before your first use. The battery is in the controller, not the mask, so you're never tied to a socket.
  2. Connect the mask to the controller with the connector in the box. If you have the Face + Neck set, the neck piece connects the same way.
  3. Press and hold the power button on the controller until it turns on.
  4. Press the top button to change the power setting. There are three, and it's a press, not a hold.
  5. Press the second button to move between the four modes. Mode 3 is the one for most nights: red 660nm and near-infrared 850nm together.
  6. The screen shows your charge and the timer, so you can see how long is left in your session at a glance.
  7. Use it for ten minutes on clean, dry, bare skin, eyes closed, straps snug so it sits close to your skin. Then apply your serums afterwards.
Modes 1 and 3 look the same. Is it broken?

No, that's completely normal. Near-infrared light is invisible to the human eye, so mode 3, which runs red and near-infrared together, looks exactly like mode 1, which is red on its own. The near-infrared is working, you just can't see it.

My mask won't turn on, or it's flashing.

Usually it's one of three things. Make sure the controller is fully charged, since a low battery can stop it switching on or make it flash, and check the charge on the screen. Check the connector is pushed fully into the controller. Then reset it by switching it off completely, waiting a few seconds, and holding the power button to turn it back on. Charge it between sessions rather than during one. If it still won't work after all three, that's a faulty unit rather than anything you've done. Email us and we'll send a replacement free of charge, and you won't need to send the faulty one back.

How long until I see a difference?

It's different for everyone. Some people notice a difference around week two, others closer to week five. Ten minutes a night on mode 3, five or six evenings a week, and stick with it. It's not an overnight thing, and we'd rather tell you that than let you expect otherwise.
