Returns & Refunds Policy – Morra
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Morra. Please read the policy below carefully, as return eligibility depends on the reason for return and the condition of the product.
Change of Mind Returns – 14 Days
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- The item must be unused and in a resalable condition
- All parts, accessories, and original packaging must be included
- The return must be requested and sent back within the 14-day period
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or are no longer in a resalable condition.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Defective Items – 30-Day Guarantee
If your item arrives faulty, develops a fault, or is not functioning as intended, you are covered by our 30-day product guarantee.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault
If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights. Return shipping for confirmed faulty items will be covered or reimbursed.
Packaging Damage During Delivery
Outer packaging may occasionally become scuffed or damaged during transit. Cosmetic damage to packaging alone does not indicate a faulty product.
If the product itself is functioning correctly, this does not qualify as a fault return. Your product remains fully covered by warranty and customer support.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email info@shopmorra.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected, unless we confirm in writing that a return is not required.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Orders in Transit
If your order has already been dispatched and is in transit, refunds cannot be issued while the parcel is on the way.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return once delivery has been completed.
Your Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, this right may not apply to items that have been used or are no longer in a resalable condition.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
